Intesols had been engaged by Interface Rail Engineering to develop an online timesheet management system that was also integrated with their accounting system.

Interface Rail Engineering has several consultants working on multiple client sites. As the company was expanding exponentially, management decided to automate their manual processes to get a precise overview of their expenses versus the cash-flow.

Our Strategy and Solution

After conducting a detailed analysis of their current processes we were beginning to understand the issues and objectives. We then proceeded to organise and facilitate a workshop with the client team to get a clear picture of the business objectives. The findings from this workshop provided us with the much needed input to be able to develop the software requirement document and mock-ups with the actual PDF report output.

After a few iterations once the requirement documents and design mock-ups were approved, we commenced the development of the system. Once successfully tested internally at Intesols and then by the client, the system was released.

Document Management System with Subscription

EducateMyWorld.com.au is an online business which allows its subscribers to download educational documents from its website securely. Intesols had been engaged to design and develop a website and a document management system which stores thousands of documents and auto subscription management system which direct debits from subscriber accounts on a monthly basis.

To get a clear understanding of the company’s business goals and expectations from the website, we conducted a few intensive client meetings.

With the help of our vast website design catalogue and a software requirement document, the client reached a consensus on what they would like to present to the market.

Once the client approved the presented mock-ups and software requirement documents, we proceeded to design the system and begin development. While the softwares perform the way they are expected to, minor glitches can arise. This is why we focus on conducting several testing rounds (including payment processing) and end to end testing before handing it over to client for UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
