I am writing to thank you for a great effort in developing our website, www.samvid.com.au and then linking it to www.samvid.com, www.samvid.co.nz and www.samvid.co.in.
As a start up e-Commerce business, development of a website that would deliver results was of an utmost importance for us. We called a few Website firms to come in and discuss our needs.
After seeing a few of these companies we decided that we still had no idea of what they were talking about. While all the computer jargon might sound impressive to someone who knows what they are talking about, it was totally lost on us.

We set up our first meeting with Intesols, and we went over our objectives for the development of our website. Being inexperienced and unaware of the possibilities it was a real breath of fresh air to have these explained to us.
Intesols developed a simple, clear to understand website for us which delivers our message to our customers. Needless to say that in the first week of the website going live, we have received an inquiry call and the website has been listed as top 10 websites on Google search engine.
Intesols understood that being a start up business, investing large sums of monies into website development is impossible. Keeping this in mind, they suggested us simple solutions that have worked well and saved us money.
We were impressed by the professionalism and timely delivery. Indeed when the deadline for the website was getting closer, the consultants even worked during the weekend to ensure that all the issues were attended in a proper manner.
Unlike other web development companies, we found that Intesols were genuinely interested in our business. The whole design and operation of the website was discussed in detail with us. They showed us different possibilities, and made some suggestions on what path to take.
We were impressed with his honesty as many a times the contsultants disagreed with our solutions and stated plainly that “they would not work” as they were infeasible for our business model.
One other strong point of the Intesols website development was the ability to go into the back end and make changes. This again has saved us time and money, not having to get someone else to do it.
At the moment we are working on a blog system, where consumers can go into our website and enter their comments.
